Norman is a key member in order to manage the permit risk at Emerald Mezzanine Fund bringing the expertise to understand the probabilities of the project to be approved.

Andreas Stuettgen

Head of NPL’s

Andreas Stuettgen has over 20 years of expertise in the German real estate market, Andreas has a diverse background in property management, portfolio management of real estate assets, valuations, and asset transactions. His substantial experience also includes a strong focus on non-performing loans (NPLs), which he brings to the firm. Having held key positions at notable firms such as Credit Agricole CIB, Immo-Struct, and Situs, he brings with him an excellent network of contacts that adds significant value to the funds.

Volker Oehls

Real Estate Analysis and Valuation

Volker Oehls possesses nearly 25 years of expertise in the German real estate market, having served in various capacities such as head of research at CBRE, Dr. Lubke, Capmark, and Situs Deutschland. His responsibilities have encompassed loan sales, non-performing loans (NPLs), as well as underwriting and executing transactions involving assets.
